As one of the founders of Sustainable Athlete, Saraï helps athletes make more sustainable food choices throughout the year. She works as an elite performance dietitian in Amsterdam, is one of the authors of the book Eat like an athlete (2017) and she speaks regularly in front of audiences about sports nutrition, health, and sustainability.
